By visiting premierefiling.com and/or by applying or submitting the Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) application form on premierefiling.com, you agree to the following:

(i) I represent and warrant that all of the information I provide on the EIN or ITIN application is accurate and complete and that I do not have a Social Security Number (SSN) - If I do have a Social Security Number (SSN), I will provide it to Premiere Filing to complete my EIN application to be submitted to the IRS; (ii) I agree that I have carefully read and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use (see below) and (iii) I have read and understand that I am hereby authorizing Anna Vistacion or Sam Mollaei of Premiere Filing as a "Third Party Designee" as described in the instructions to Form SS-4 to apply to the IRS for the Employer Identification Number of the person or entity listed on the EIN application, answer any questions on my behalf or the behalf of the entity listed on the EIN application about the completion of Form SS-4, and to receive and deliver to me the Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) for the individual or the entity listed on the EIN application.

Premiere Filing acts as a third-party designee to help clients obtain their EIN from the Internal Revenue Service in a timely manner. A third-party designee is a person with whom you allow the IRS to discuss the completion of your Form SS-4. By nominating a third party designee, you allow the IRS to discuss with your designee any information needed to establish your EIN and release the EIN to your designee.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCT REGISTRATION

When you buy and install a new product, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you've already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If you haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information. If you ever want to review or update that information, you can visit the Profile Center, click on Update Profile, and edit any of the Personal Information in your profile. If you haven't already created a Registration ID, we will ask you to do so. This ensures that only you can access your information.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION YOU SHARE

When you join us, you provide us with your contact information, including your name and email address.
